Switching UAD-2 Solo from Windows to Mac. . ."no card found"

That pretty much says it all. I've contacted support, done a complete uninstall/re-install, still nothing. Anyone had this problem?

I want to add that I was promised a call from technical support last night and never received said call. Very disappointed with customer service thus far.

Make sure you boot with 32 bit kernel when running 10.6. Default is 32 bit but if you are on a PC running OS X it boots with 64 bit kernel which is wrong.
